Service Description
Simple UAV Enterprises provides high-resolution 3D visual models generated from aerial imagery to help clients visually understand current site conditions with a level of clarity beyond standard photography. Using advanced photogrammetry software and professional UAS platforms, we create detailed 3D visuals that illustrate current conditions and perspectives for visual understanding, documentation, and communication. Our 3D visual models are well suited for: construction progress visualization pre- and post-project visual documentation facility and asset overview property management reference marketing and stakeholder communication before-and-after visual comparison over time Scope & Compliance (North Carolina) All 3D models are provided for visual reference and documentation purposes only. They do not constitute land surveying or engineering products and are not intended for boundary determination, design, or construction layout. Any measurements derived from 3D models are approximate, provided for internal visual reference only, and must be verified by a licensed professional for any legal, engineering, or construction use.
Cancellation Policy
The Client is responsible for obtaining all required permissions to launch and operate drones at the requested location and must provide written confirmation prior to the service date. Simple UAV Enterprises will coordinate any required FAA airspace authorizations. Locations within controlled or restricted airspace require a minimum of four (4) business days’ notice. Airspace authorization requests begin upon receipt of the deposit. If required permissions are not obtained and drone operations are prohibited at the time of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a refund of the deposit minus a $50 service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Flights canceled due to TFRs, weather, or legal restrictions beyond the Contractor’s control may be rescheduled at no charge or refunded, less any travel expenses.
