Service Description
Simple UAV Enterprises provides high-resolution 3D models generated from aerial imagery to help clients visually understand current site conditions with clarity that standard photography can’t deliver. Using advanced photogrammetry software and professional-grade drones, we create accurate 3D representations of buildings, roofs, and job sites that support planning, documentation, and progress tracking. Our 3D models are ideal for: construction progress visualization pre- and post-project documentation facility and asset overview property management and planning marketing and stakeholder communication before/after comparison over time Scope & Compliance (North Carolina-Safe) Our 3D models are produced for visual reference and documentation only. They do not constitute a land survey or engineering product and are not intended for boundary determination, design, or construction layout. Measurements, if provided, are approximate and should be verified by a licensed professional.
Cancellation Policy
CLIENT is responsible for securing permission to launch/operate drones at the location where service is requested (for example, a park, stadium, convention center, etc.), and deliver written copies of approval to us via email. We will arrange for any airspace approvals. If your location is within restricted airspace, a MINIMUM lead time of 4 business days is requested. We will start your airspace request with the FAA upon payment of your deposit. If we arrive onsite and permission to launch/operate on site has not been obtained or is not permitted, your deposit is forfeit. Please check to confirm any drone use policy at your planned event location. If you (client) cancel more than 24 hours before your job, you will receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 service fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of the planned date, you will be refunded 50% of deposit. If a flight must be canceled due to a Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR), weather, or other legal requirements beyond Contractor's control at time of the session, Client may reschedule for free, or receive a refund of their deposit, minus any travel fee.
