Service Description
Simple UAV Enterprises provides non-invasive aerial thermographic imaging and visual roof documentation using high-resolution RGB imagery and radiometric thermal data. Our services capture observable surface temperature patterns and visible exterior conditions to support visual review and discussion with licensed roofing, engineering, or building professionals. All imagery is collected by an FAA Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot and a Level 1 IRISS-certified Thermographer and is provided for informational and reference purposes only.
Cancellation Policy
The Client is responsible for obtaining all required permissions to launch and operate drones at the requested location and must provide written confirmation prior to the service date. Simple UAV Enterprises will coordinate any required FAA airspace authorizations. Locations within controlled or restricted airspace require a minimum of four (4) business days’ notice. Airspace authorization requests begin upon receipt of the deposit. If required permissions are not obtained and drone operations are prohibited at the time of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a refund of the deposit minus a $50 service fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Flights canceled due to TFRs, weather, or legal restrictions beyond the Contractor’s control may be rescheduled at no charge or refunded, less any travel expenses.
