Service Description
Simple UAV Enterprises provides aerial thermographic imaging and visual roof documentation using high-resolution RGB and radiometric thermal data to help clients identify observable surface temperature patterns and visible exterior conditions. All data is collected by an FAA-certified remote pilot and a Level 1 Thermographer certified by IRISS.
Cancellation Policy
CLIENT is responsible for securing permission to launch/operate drones at the location where service is requested (for example, a park, stadium, convention center, etc.), and deliver written copies of approval to us via email. We will arrange for any airspace approvals. If your location is within restricted airspace, a MINIMUM lead time of 4 business days is requested. We will start your airspace request with the FAA upon payment of your deposit. If we arrive onsite and permission to launch/operate on site has not been obtained or is not permitted, your deposit is forfeit. Please check to confirm any drone use policy at your planned event location. If you (client) cancel more than 24 hours before your job, you will receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 service fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of the planned date, you will be refunded 50% of deposit. If a flight must be canceled due to a Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR), weather, or other legal requirements beyond Contractor's control at time of the session, Client may reschedule for free, or receive a refund of their deposit, minus any travel fee.
